• All online orders have a 1-day handling time before dispatch.

• Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

2. Product Availability

We offer two product categories:

A. In-Store Items (Ready Stock)

Products currently available in our Tumby Bay store.
These items can be:

• Picked up immediately after placing your order

• Delivered locally (within 5 miles)

• Shipped via Australia Post the next business day

B. To-Order Items

Products that are not kept in-store and are ordered from suppliers after purchase.

• Additional lead time may apply depending on supplier availability

• You will be informed of any delays or expected arrival dates

3. Local Pickup (Free)

• Free in-store pickup is available for all orders

• Pickup can be done immediately for in-store stock

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready

• Pickup location: 7 North Tce, Tumby Bay, SA, 5605

4. Local Delivery (Within 5 Miles)

• Local delivery is available within 5 miles of our store

• Delivery is usually completed same day or next business day depending on order time

• Delivery fee: AUD 11

5. Australia Post Shipping

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post

• Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and Australia Post’s schedule

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains both in-store and to-order items:

• Items may be shipped or delivered separately to avoid delays

• You will be notified if split shipping applies

7. Delivery Issues & Delays

• Once dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by Australia Post

• If tracking is not updating or your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will assist
